Enrolments

Willandra Primary School is a local intake area school which means that all compulsory aged children who live in the intake area are guaranteed enrolment.
Please refer to our
local intake area map.
On occasion we are able to accept applications for enrolment for students living outside the local intake area, but this is dependent upon places being available within our current class structure.

To enrol at Willandra PS you will need to complete an Application for Enrolment form.
The following information is also essential and must be provided at the time of enrolment.

  • Birth Certificate;
  • Immunisation Statement History;
  • Court orders if applicable;
  • Proof of address for example; purchase/lease agreement, electricity, gas, land or water rates notice.
  • Emergency contact details;
  • Details of any disability;
  • Any ongoing medical condition and procedure to be followed during the school day.
  • A Health Care Authorisation must be completed.
