Willandra Primary School commenced in 1993 and is situated in the Armadale suburb of Seville Grove and currently has an enrolment of approximately 650 students.

The school's priorities are high standards of student achievement, values and social education. The school ethos encompasses Learning, Pride, Values, and Community and our teachers are committed to the well being of each and every one of our students and strive to create an environment which nurtures the desire to learn.

The staff are a highly experienced dedicated team of teachers including Music, Physical Education, LOTE and Science Specialists, supported by a number of highly skilled Education Assistants. Music is prominent in the school, we have an outstanding choir comprising sixty students and children also have opportunities to participate in classical guitar, a recorder ensemble, a keyboard group and a ukulele orchestra. This is balanced with a strong physical education program with interschool competitions occurring in athletics, football, soccer, hockey and netball.

Our community has a strong sense of pride in its school and this is reflected in the very high level of parent participation in the life of the school. The Parents and Citizens Association works tirelessly for the school and each year our 'Thank You Morning Tea' hosts more than one hundred parents who have worked in the school in some capacity throughout the course of the year.

School Song - Children of Willandra

We’re children of Willandra
Together growing strong
Proud to be Australians in the land where we belong
We’ll build a bond between us for all eternity
Children of Willandra all growing strong and free
And as we grow together we firmly trust and pray
To bring us strength and wisdom to guide us through our day
