School History

Willandra Primary School commenced in 1993 and is located in the Armadale suburb of Seville Grove. The school currently has an enrolment of approximately 630 students.

At Willandra Primary School, we are committed to high standards of student achievement, with a strong focus on values and social development. Our school ethos is built around Learning, Pride, Values, and Community, and our staff are dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of every student. We strive to create a positive and inclusive environment that nurtures a desire to learn.

Our staff are a highly experienced and committed team of educators, including specialist teachers in Visual Arts, Physical Education, LOTE, Science, and Health, supported by skilled Education Assistants who work collaboratively to support student learning.

Our school community has a strong sense of pride, reflected in the high level of parent involvement in school life. The Parents and Citizens Association plays a vital role in supporting the school, and each year our ‘Thank You Morning Tea’ recognises the many parents who contribute their time and support throughout the year.

School Song - Children of Willandra

We’re children of Willandra
Together growing strong
Proud to be Australians in the land where we belong
We’ll build a bond between us for all eternity
Children of Willandra all growing strong and free
And as we grow together we firmly trust and pray
To bring us strength and wisdom to guide us through our day
